Before I recommend anything, I want to hear your story, understand your goals, and see how your body moves.
Personal training is just that: personal. It’s thoughtful, sustainable programming I design specifically for you. I’ll work with you one-on-one, teaching you every exercise and coaching your form for safety and effectiveness.
I offer encouragement, accountability, and a witness to your growth. I show up for you on the days it feels amazing—and on the days it absolutely doesn’t. I’m always here to answer your questions and make sure you understand the “why” behind every move, so you can carry that knowledge with you for life.
