Hi, I’m Jenn, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I work with folks in midlife and beyond who want strong bones and a body that supports them in doing the activities they love for decades to come.

Maybe you’re here because you read a book or heard on a podcast that lifting heavy is one of the best ways to support bone density and manage the hormonal havoc of perimenopause (it is!).
Maybe your doctor said it’s time to prioritize exercise for your long-term health.
Or maybe your go-to workouts just don’t feel as good anymore now that you’re getting older.
Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you came.

A good workout plan doesn’t start with exercises. It starts with you.
We’ll begin with a free consultation, where you can share what’s been going on—what feels good, what doesn’t, and what you’re hoping for. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and share how I work.
If it feels like a good fit, I’ll invite you to schedule a complementary first personal training session. This first session is a movement assessment designed to help us both understand how your body moves and what kind of support will serve you best.
We can meet in person at my private fitness studio in Essex Junction or online via video call—whatever works best for your body and your life. Either way, I’ll be there with guidance, encouragement, and a plan tailored to you.
